Supplemental and commencement

1. The Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Member Services or the Chief Accountant may grant any member or members exemption from such provisions of [the Membership & Underwriting Conditions and Requirements], or vary the application of [those] conditions and requirements to that member or those members, on such terms and conditions as they see fit.

2. The Council or an Authorised Person may at any time alter or replace any of the documents and forms referred to in [the Membership & Underwriting Conditions and Requirements].

3. All such documents and forms submitted by or on behalf of a member or in connection with any of [the Membership & Underwriting Conditions and Requirements] shall be in the prescribed form, subject to any variations or additions thereto as may be agreed by the Council.
