Capacity and auctions

1. Lloyd’s operates an auction process whereby members, and candidates for membership, can buy and sell capacity on syndicates underwriting at Lloyd’s.

2. All subscribers for capacity on a syndicate must be in compliance with requirements relating to solvency and FAL.
