Powers to prescribe
2. The Council shall have the power to prescribe -
(a) the dates referred to in paragraphs 11 and 13 [of the Syndicate Accounting Byelaw];
(b) the format referred to in paragraph 11(2) [of the Syndicate Accounting Byelaw];
(c) the times and sums referred to in paragraph 12 [of the Syndicate Accounting Byelaw];
(d) the information, form and manner of transmission referred to in paragraph 13 [of the Syndicate Accounting Byelaw];
(e) the fees (including the amount of any payment on account of such fees) referred to in paragraph 13(9) [of the Syndicate Accounting Byelaw].
Time limits
3. The Council may upon application extend as it thinks fit any time limit in [this Syndicate Accounting part of the Consolidated Requirements].
