Nothing in this Part [Consolidated Requirements Part 2 > General Operational Matters > Central Accounting > Central Accounting System] shall prevent the Council, the Society, any other participant or any other person from exercising any lawful right or fulfilling any lawful obligation in respect of the defaulter whether or not the right or obligation concerned arises in respect of a System transaction.
