1. Amounts due for settlement under the System shall be settled or brought into settlement between participants on one of the applicable settlement dates as specified from time to time by the Council.
2. The Council may prescribe the forms to be used, and the procedures and requirements to be followed, by participants to indicate to the Council the settlement date or dates agreed by participants under [1. above].
